The Davao City Alliance Gospel Church (DCAGC) adapts a contextualize "Purpose Driven Church" ministry structure. Part of the organization are ministry teams that have functions to manage an area of a specific ministry. These are divided into different departments namely:

 

 

Administration – Mr. Benjamin F. Valdellon
In- charge of the whole and general affairs of the church. It takes care of the human resources, finances, special and mega projects, special services and many other church related welfare activities and opportunities.

 

Takes care of church's various prayer activities such as daily intercessory prayers, congregational prayers like half-night prayer meeting, mid-week prayer, prayer and fasting, dawn watch, prayer campaign, Sunday prayer warriors, Camacop prayer schedules, and prayer mountain.

 

 

 

Missions

   

1. It facilitates opportunities for foreign missions and encourages members in participating to CAMACOP foreign missions endeavors.
2. It facilitates and provides health services to the members and the communities through medical, dental, eye care, health education, and other health-related ministries.
3. It facilitates opportunities to augment income through a coorperative in the church, Income Generating Projects which generates supports for missions works, and provide livelihood opportunities to the members and the community.
4. It also provides relief care and social services to the communities that are calamity stricken.
5. Promotes the spirit of being missionary minded people through “missions emphasis months” every year. 

 

 

 Its main responsibility in the Sunday Worship Services include the praise and creative worship, sanctuary choir, speakers, communion elements, backdrop, ushering, florist, sound tech, projectionist, recruitment and discipleship, and other special events worship.

 

This department aims to bring all DCAGC members to Christ-like maturity so it has a programmed training and modules in the form of CLASS (Christian Life and Service Seminar) which has five different programs of discoveries the Class 101 (Discovering your church membership), Class 201 (Discovering your Spiritual Maturity), Class 301 (Discovering your Ministry), Class 401 (Discovering your mission in life) and Class 501 (Leading Bible Study/small group). Evangelism Clinic and local training, training modules and conferences, adult Sunday School, library, Asian School of Ministry, and training for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) are the opportunities and services that this department is also working with.

 

This department takes care of the Sunday School classes for children and youth. It also handles the Extension Classes, Junior Church worship and the Daily Vacation Bible School. It also ministers to all the auxiliaries from all walks of life: toddlers, junior teens, young teens, youth, single adults, young couples, women, men, and the senior citizens. It also works on the special activities of the church such as Pastors Appreciation, Church  Anniversaries, Mothers and Fathers’ day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Worship, and other church-related special events. Another thing is the close monitoring of its partnership with Compassion International through its Child Development Sponsorship Program.

 

 

It handles evangelism and follow-up, small groups of home builders, geographical, affinity groups and Bible study groups. Also, it takes care of home/hospital visitations, baptism, wedding, funeral services, counselling, international community, visitors connection and extension communion.

 

This department  is regarded as the coordinating office of all the departments. It is currently working on an electronic system that would create a comprehensive software that will integrate databases from every department into a comprehensive network.                
 
This department is also in charge of maintaining the church's website, magazine and editorials. In the future, this department will also take charge of the Media Productions such as radio and TV programs.
